Mountcity Investments Maintenance Contract
Annual maintenance contracts can prove invaluable in a country with such inclement weather.
Gutter clearance allows for adequate drainage and is one of the many services we provide for our clients. Budgeting for a small annual cost is far easier, and less stressful, than dealing with unexpected large costs!
Solar reflective paint is a great way to save on energy costs and future maintenance costs. Heat from the sun is a major factor in flat roof problems as it causes the roof surface to expand and contract through heating and cooling. Also, by reducing the roof temperatures there will be less of a necessity for air conditioning throughout the summer months.
Repair And Restoration Of Scartho Road Cemetery Gates
This was a fantastic opportunity to work on a little bit of history… Scartho Road Cemetery Gates Grimsby, built in 1888 are Grade II listed and were featured as part of the backdrop in the 1986 film Clockwise.
Working alongside Shepley Engineers Ltd the gates have been repaired and restored back to their former glory.
Dilapidation & Refurbishment at St Ann’s Quay Newcastle
This was a fantastic 350sq feet (approx.) of office space overlooking the river Tyne that needed reinstating back to it’s original state of repair ready for new tenants.
This involved removing partitioning, removing and replacing carpet and ceiling tiles, removing a kitchenette, replacing tiles in entrance areas, new enery efficient LED lighting and emergency lighting throughout, decorating and cleaning throughout.
Renovation & Rejuvenation Scheme at The Ringway Centre, Huddersfield
We are proud to be working on this project which involves the renovation and refurbishment of around 20 Industrial units. The Contract is circa £1.8m to date.
The scheme has involved new curtain walling and respraying to the outside of multiple units, installation of new fencing in various areas to secure the properties, replacement or repair to roller shutter doors, removal or reinstatement of partitioning inside the units, new screed to warehouse floors, redecoration of walls and floors, removal and replacement of carpet tiles in office areas, new energy efficient LED and emergency lighting, removal and replacement of suspended ceilings, replacement of door casings and doors.
